Born and raised in Peoria, Kathy Moletti has lived in the area for most of her life. She and her husband, Steve, have three grown children and eight grandchildren. While Kathy has always been interested in her family istory, she has only been researching seriously for the past fifteen years. She truly enjoys the thrill of the hunt and the rewards of finding an unknown ancestor. She was especially excited to discover that William Shakespeare is in her husband’s family tree!
After a long career as a sales manager, Kathy now enjoys retirement. She is an avid reader, enjoys gardening, the beach, antiques, old houses, and having overnights with her grandchildren. She has served on her neighborhood homeowners’ association for eighteen years, with time spent as secretary, president and treasurer. Kathy is looking forward to meeting other members and learning new tips and tricks of genealogical research.
