Family History – Getting Started Orientation

Interested in discovering your ancestors? Volunteers from the Peoria County Genealogical Society will be available to help you get started, or maybe even break down a brick wall. Orientations to the Peoria Local History and Genealogy Room will be given on the half hours starting at 10:30 am on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Learn about this special section of the library and how to get started researching your family.

A quick overview of beginning steps will be presented every half hour from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Peoria’s Main Library, Lower Level 1, Classroom A.
